Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations.
