Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write precise explanations in English about what looks off or sounds incorrect.

Compensation includes hourly pay up to $18 with additional incentives, plus free access to leading LLMs. Work from anywhere with no minimum hours and diverse project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
