Job summary

fal is hiring an Account Executive on the Compute team to lead new-logo acquisition among AI-native startups and neolabs. You will sell the full compute offering—from dedicated GPU clusters to on-demand capacity—and own the end-to-end sales cycle in a pure-hunter role.

Build pipeline from scratch, engage founders and CTOs, and partner with Solutions Engineering on benchmarks and architecture reviews. This role offers visa sponsorship and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales with quota attainment.
• 2+ years selling cloud infrastructure, GPU compute or AI tools.
• Startup/AI-native buyers experience with strong technical dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Own net-new logo acquisition across AI-native startups, neolabs and research-driven model builders.
• Build pipeline from scratch through founder/investor networks, outbound, events, and market signals.
• Run deep discovery on workloads: training, fine-tuning, inference and model scale.
• Structure and close compute deals with reserved, on-demand and blended capacity.
