Responsibilities

• Own and manage a cohort of students throughout their learning and career journey, ensuring progress toward career goals.
• Take end-to-end accountability for student outcomes, including placement or career transition into AI or Cloud.
• Conduct regular group sessions, individual check-ins, and progress reviews to maintain engagement.
• Track progress against weekly and monthly goals, identify gaps, and take proactive actions.
• Monitor placement eligibility and guarantee milestones are met.
• Coordinate with coaches and experts to arrange appropriate student support.
• Facilitate expert-led sessions and ensure guidance at the right stage.
• Maintain progress ownership even when support is provided by others.
• Build relationships and understand students' career goals and challenges.
• Communicate confidently with IT professionals about Cloud, DevOps, AI career pathways.
