Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an AI Career Pathways Success Coach (Grant Funded) to collaborate with the Career Pathways Coordinator to boost enrollment, experiential learning, and student success across AI pathways, including both credit and noncredit options.

The role will coordinate with employers and community partners on AI initiatives and workplace trends, providing mentoring, career counseling, resume and interview support, and job coaching for students in internships

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Knowledge of AI applications in operational settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating in-person and web-based information sessions.

AI Career Pathways Success Coach (Grant Funded)

The Success Coach will work with the Career Pathways Coordinator to increase enrollment, experiential learning, and student success for individuals enrolled in AI career pathways including both credit and noncredit alternatives. The individual will interact and collaborate with employers and community-based partners regarding AI initiatives and workplace trends. The Success Coach will provide support services including mentoring and career counseling, resume writing assistance, interview preparation, and job coaching/placement support for students in internships and other employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Career Pathways Coordinator to drive enrollment and experiential learning.

Engage employers and community partners in AI initiatives and workplace trends.

Deliver mentoring, career counseling, resume writing, interview preparation, and job coaching/placement support to students.

Work Hours

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Knowledge and interest in AI applications in operational environments; familiarity with apprenticeship programs preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrates planning and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to coordinate and manage in-person and web-based information sessions involving AI in the workplace.
