Job summary

2 Hour Learning is reprogramming education with AI-powered personalized learning. As a Student Achievement Specialist, you will transform performance data into timely interventions and coach students toward mastery while building scalable AI workflows.

You will analyze data, run live coaching calls, and collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards and learning strategies in a remote-friendly environment with potential long-term contractor engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year coaching or instructional experience.
• At least 1 year supporting K-8 students in 1:1 or small groups.
• At least 1 year combining hands-on data analysis with learner support.
• At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
• At least 6 months using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in professional work.
• Available to work 4 core hours Mon-Fri 8:00–12:00 US time.

Responsibilities

• Build precise Academic Data Reports and surface issues within 48 hours.
• Host rapid-response coaching calls to resolve blockers and close gaps.
• Evaluate apps and design AI/LLM prototypes to improve learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools and dashboards.
