Job summary

QA is seeking an AI & Automation Coach to mentor learners toward successful apprenticeship completion from a home-based location. You will coach a caseload across varied organisations, working with Digital Learning Advisors and Learning Specialists to bridge classroom and online learning.

The role emphasizes timely progression, high-quality feedback, CPD, and proactive engagement with employers. You will leverage the VLE and remote tools to deliver impactful 1-2-1 coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering online coaching and feedback to learners.
• Knowledge of AI & automation concepts and tools.
• Ability to work remotely with diverse learner groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching and mentoring to a caseload of learners.
• Collaborate with Digital Learning Advisors and Learning Specialists.
• Provide detailed feedback and track learner progression.
• Engage with employers and learners to plan progression.
• Support learners using the VLE and online resources.
