Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking an AI Change Management Consultant to support our enterprise AI transformation. You’ll facilitate workforce enablement and guide change across Talent, HR, and Technology as roles and workflows evolve in a fast-moving environment.

This remote role can be performed anywhere in the continental US and focuses on shaping enablement, designing adoption programs, preparing managers, and translating new workflows into clear expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
• Proven track record of facilitating real behavior change.
• Fluency working inside HR/Talent systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and guide the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
• Design and facilitate enablement programs that drive genuine adoption.
• Equip managers to lead their teams through transition and provide readiness support.
• Translate redesigned workflows into clear role expectations, skills, and enablement plans.
• Build practical toolkits and learning resources for managers and teams.
• Advise across Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure enablement lands before accountability shifts.
• Measure progress with indicators like behavior change and readiness, not vanity metrics.
• Refine the approach based on feedback from employees and managers.
