Job summary

Rivierre Recruit is recruiting for an outbound sales professional at a Series A-backed AI technology company transforming a traditional industry. The role centers on high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels to generate and qualify new opportunities.

You will own the funnel from cold contact to booked meetings, collaborating with account executives and maintaining a disciplined CRM. Base salary is $60-70k with $90k+ OTE and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an outbound sales, BDR, SDR, or high-volume cold-calling role.
• Proven track record of hitting meetings or pipeline quotas.
• Comfortable with a high-volume phone-based outreach and rapid follow-up.
• Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM and keeping data disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel by generating and qualifying opportunities through high-volume outbound.
• Hit qualified meetings booked targets consistently.
• Build target lists and run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social).
• Keep the CRM clean, log every touch, track leads, and manage the pipeline.
• Tailor pitches to prospect needs and tie AI solutions to real problems.
• Handle objections and turn 'not interested' into booked conversations.
• Collaborate with account executives to hand off warm meetings and refine messaging.
• Maintain high daily activity levels to drive results.
