Qualifications

• 5–8 years working with enterprise HR systems at an integration or implementation level.
• Experience building and deploying AI-assisted workflows in production.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and role-based access controls in systems handling PII.

Responsibilities

• Automate employee lifecycle tasks including new hires, role changes, and terminations.
• Build comp planning infrastructure with access controls and approval workflows.
• Create a unified People analytics layer.
