Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support design, evaluation, configuration, and implementation of AI-powered workforce solutions and manager experiences. The role spans business analysis, solution architecture, AI enablement, process design, and product operations in a remote setting.

The position focuses on analyzing business requirements and determining how use cases can be delivered through platform capabilities, while engaging engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements using Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, workflows, and functional specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from HR, People Technology, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define outcomes and requirements.
• Translate initiatives into user stories, epics, workflows, and system requirements.
• Evaluate AI use cases across performance management, reviews, goal management, and analytics.
• Partner with platform admins to implement configuration-driven solutions.
