Job summary

INFOTRON is seeking a People (HR) AI Product Manager & Forward Deployed Engineer for a remote role. You will own embedded product thinking, shape requirements for AI-enabled HR workflows, and coach delivery teams through launch and iteration.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to design, pilot, and measure impact, translating ambiguous problems into actionable plans and concrete outcomes in People Ops domains.

Qualifications

Experience in product, forward deployed, solutions, business systems, program delivery, HR technology, or a similarly cross-functional role.
Translate ambiguous problems into structured requirements, workflows, and execution plans.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, launch, and improve AI-enabled workflow solutions.
Operate in complex People Ops domains like payroll, benefits, or employee services.
Own or support backlogs, delivery planning, testing, rollout coordination, and post-launch iteration in Agile environments.
Use spreadsheets and performance data to extract actionable product insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication; produce concise docs and leadership-ready updates.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and problem-solving in cross-functional settings.
