Job summary

HRB is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to spearhead end-to-end AI workflows from problem decomposition to field deployment. You will work closely with enterprise partners to deliver production-grade generative AI solutions and continuously improve AI platforms.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication with clients, and the ability to travel up to 25% to client sites for deployments and support.

Qualifications

• Gen AI & LLM experience required.
• Solid grounding in ML core concepts including evaluation, training, and fine-tuning.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and optimize end-to-end LLM workflows and data processing pipelines for production.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate challenges into AI solutions.
• Capture field insights to refine AI product platforms and tooling.
• Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams to prototype, validate, and scale AI solutions at client sites.
