Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking leader to own the HR AI roadmap and drive automation initiatives across the People Function. You will partner with AI engineers and HR systems teams to design, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that simplify workflows and scale operations.

The role requires translating business problems into technical requirements, delivering measurable impact, and advocating AI adoption across HR with strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Proven success improving business processes through technology, automation, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for HR AI and automation initiatives across the People Function.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation solutions that improve productivity and employee experience.
• Serve as the HR Product Owner for AI initiatives by defining requirements, prioritizing use cases, and measuring impact.
• Partner with AI Engineers, HR Systems, and technical teams to design, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions and workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical business applications.
• Establish metrics to measure adoption, time savings, and process improvements.
• Champion AI adoption across HR through education, change management, and best practices.
