Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess current HR applications landscape and document gaps and opportunities for AI/Automation.
• Propose solutions for system enhancements, updates, integrations and process improvements.
• Generate AI models and algorithms for HR purposes.
• Develop project documentation including plans, timelines and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and business partners.
