Job summary

Level Access in Arlington, Virginia, is seeking an AI Transformation Engineer for a 6-month contract role. The engineer will design and automate AI-powered workflows to enhance operations within the People organization.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve employee experiences and deliver measurable improvements. Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and HR systems is required. This position offers an opportunity to drive transformation using AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business process analysis and redesign, with proven success delivering measurable improvements.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, and similar automation tools.
• Experience with HR systems, recruiting platforms, LMS tools, or collaboration systems.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration.
• Practical experience with AI technologies such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and enable non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
• Map current workflows, identify root issues, and redesign processes before automating.
• Build and maintain automation solutions primarily in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Partner with stakeholders to define high-value AI use cases.
• Strengthen process documentation, data quality, and operational clarity.
