Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Internal AI Engineer to be embedded across GTM, Operations and Finance, building agentic workflows that reduce manual toil and scale AI-enabled processes.

You’ll co-design and ship automation from discovery to production, setting patterns and guardrails that others adopt, and you’ll partner with teams to improve efficiency and safety.

This role is remote globally, with optional offices in NY, London, SF, or Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping automations or applications in production.
• Strong familiarity with LLM capabilities and prompting strategies.
• Deep backend skills in Python and SQL; solid API/webhook design.
• A systems-thinking mindset emphasizing security, auditability and blast radius.
• Infra and DevOps experience with cloud infra, Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Designing and iterating on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools like ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n.
• Integrating AI systems with core business stack (Salesforce, Slack, Ashby).
• Building reusable automation services and templates to multiply team output.
• Owning experiments end-to-end from discovery to production and measuring impact.
• Developing evaluation and monitoring frameworks for reliable, auditable AI workflows.
