SimonMed Imaging seeks an AI Automation Assistant – Claude Coworker (Student) to support operational efficiency by automating routine workflows and organizing data.

You will serve as a digital productivity partner, executing structured tasks within Cowork environments, managing files, drafting content, processing data, and maintaining organized workflows with AI-assisted tools. Remote or hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed IT/business/CS-related program.
• Familiar with Windows or macOS and productivity tools.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with quality and consistency.
• Basic written communication for summaries, emails, and reports.
• Comfort working independently with clear guidelines, escalating when needed.
• Interest in learning automation, AI workflows, and enterprise productivity tools.
