You will analyze robotics/mechatronics problems, design and test solutions, document workflows, and collaborate remotely with stakeholders to accelerate development using Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on robotics and mechatronics experience.
• Experience applying AI coding agents to real-world engineering problems.
• Strong ability to design, test and document end-to-end technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in remote collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve robotics and mechatronics problems using AI agents.
• Design, implement, test, and document solutions for robotic systems.
• Demonstrate AI agents in complex engineering workflows.
• Navigate large codebases, debug, develop features and optimize workflows.
• Document agent-driven workflows, decisions, prompts, and code sequences.
