Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.
Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
Architect cross-platform AI solutions ensuring workflow portability across enterprise environments.
Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, guiding change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
Produce documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI outcomes and value.
