Job summary

Concentric is seeking an AI Workflow Intern for Fall 2026 with a flexible remote/onsite arrangement. You will support AI automation across business operations, building agents and prompt-based systems to streamline tasks like document creation and data summarization.

This internship blends hands-on work with a research pilot in AI workforce development. You will document progress, produce weekly reflections, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable productivity improvements.

Interest in automation, business optimization, or emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Map and analyze existing workflows across departments.
Identify repetitive or inefficient processes suitable for AI automation.
Design and implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., agents, prompt systems, automation workflows).
Test, refine, and deploy AI use cases.
Maintain a daily activity and progress log documenting tasks, tools, challenges, solutions, and time saved.
Produce weekly reflection summaries on learnings and workflow improvements.
Contribute to a final internship report summarizing outcomes and recommendations.
Collaborate with teams to understand operational needs and train internal stakeholders.
