Job summary

FullStack is seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-powered solutions, and deliver production-ready agentic systems. You will own discovery, design, and delivery across the full stack, collaborating with COO/VP of Engineering and client leadership to ensure outcomes align with business goals.

You’ll work across regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, balancing technical rigor with practical deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Experience designing APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn into executable specs.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, retrieval architecture, and tool integrations.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, testing, deployment environments.
• Consult. Defend decisions in front of CTOs and business leadership and support pre‑sales scoping.
