Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely across projects.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio, determine which outputs better follow prompts, and provide concise explanations to help improve AI systems. The role is remote with variable rates and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail with the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Compare two AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a specific explanation in English that points to observed issues.
