Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs for adherence to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in written form.

Contributors work on their own schedule, get weekly payments, and gain free access to leading LLMs. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to help shape AI systems used in research and development.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience describing observations in written form.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate exchanges for naturalness and clarity.
• Rank AI-generated image/video pairs for adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was observed and why.
