Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Earn up to $15/hr with weekly payouts and incentives. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to provide concise, evidence-based reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to what you observed.
