Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what went wrong to help improve AI performance.

The role is freelance (1099), fully remote with flexible hours, and pays up to $15 USD per hour with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Fluent English, strong written communication, and careful attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or analyze content closely.
Desire to write concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of your observations.
