Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain issues in writing to help improve AI systems.

This 1099 contract opportunity offers flexible hours and payments weekly. Eligible applicants from multiple countries can apply, with compensation up to $15 per hour plus incentives based on project needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
