Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off.

This remote role pays hourly with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Responsibilities include ranking outputs, describing why they diverge from prompts, and ensuring quality through careful review.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare two AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Provide a written explanation in English detailing what was observed and why.
