Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve, contributing to a feedback loop that turns frontier research into practical AI performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and narrating realistic situations in a natural way.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and helpful each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation of what was observed.
