Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This freelance, 1099 opportunity pays up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments. You can work from home or while traveling, and you’ll gain access to leading LLMs for free as you help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Writing explanations in English that describe what you saw or heard.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism.
