Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a Technical Business Analyst, AI to bridge client needs with delivery across AI, data, and application workstreams. You will guide end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and provide hands-on reporting design in Looker to deliver business value.

You will translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, own KPI definitions, and drive AI-enabled analytics enhancements while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technology projects in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• 3+ years as a technical business analyst or hands-on BI/reporting role with requirements gathering, data modeling, dashboards.
• Proven delivery ownership across multi-stakeholder initiatives and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client contact, leading kickoff sessions, status meetings, demos, and exec updates.
• Own end-to-end delivery plan with milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across AI, data, and apps.
• Lead hands-on reporting implementations in Looker, including data modeling and dashboard design.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate source data and semantic layer for accurate reports.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI within reporting and analytics to drive insights.
