Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst - AI Driven Delivery to govern AI-generated requirements and ensure traceability across business rules, data mappings, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

You will coordinate a business analyst team, act as a bridge between clients, PMs, and technical staff, and help define and document business specifications at the start of technical projects. Strong analytics and SQL skills required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Experience in AI-enabled requirement engineering and governance.
• Strong analytical and process-reengineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format.
• Coordinate a business analyst team on IT projects.
• Bridge between clients, PMs, and technical staff to define requirements.
• Develop business specs at project start with clients.
• Verify requirements by approving and validating test results.
