Job summary

Pellera is seeking a Technical Business Analyst, AI to lead client engagements from kickoff to delivery. You will own end-to-end delivery across AI, data, and applications, and translate complex technical work into business value while managing risk and stakeholder expectations.

The role includes hands-on Looker reporting, LookML development, data modeling, dashboard design, and collaboration with data engineers to ensure accurate, timely insights for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technology projects in client-facing or consulting environments.
• 3+ years as a technical business analyst or hands-on BI/reporting role.
• Experience owning delivery outcomes, timelines, and client relationships.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and semantic layers.
• Background in software/data engineering or cloud infra is a plus.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or analytics-driven solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and own the relationship from kickoff through delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery plan across AI, data, and application workstreams.
• Monitor delivery health, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage client issues and escalations with clear action plans.
• Partner with clients on scope changes and evolving requirements.
• Lead reporting and analytics design, translating business questions into KPIs.
• Perform hands-on reporting implementation in Looker, including LookML and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate source data and semantic layer.
