Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics, eDiscovery, legal technology, AI, or comparable consulting services.
• Advanced understanding of Data Analytics concepts, tools, and workflows with Relativity, Brainspace, Excel, or similar tech.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its application to legal, eDiscovery, or data-intensive workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI use cases and advise clients and internal stakeholders on capabilities and implementation.
• Ability to independently assess complex client and project situations and recommend solutions.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary AI & Analytics point of contact for assigned clients, developing trusted relationships and understanding goals.
• Anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and provide proactive guidance on priorities and timelines.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and implementation considerations.
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to promote alignment and consistency across efforts.
• Lead and manage complex AI & Analytics projects from strategy through execution when appropriate.
