Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Lead Business Analyst - AI Driven Delivery to govern AI-generated requirements and ensure traceability across business rules and data mappings. You will collaborate with clients, PMs, and technical staff to define and share requirements and expected impacts on delivery lifecycles.

You will coordinate a BI analyst team, develop business specs at project start, and verify requirements through SME reviews, testing, and analytics using Excel/SQL.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position with Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.
• Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering with traceability across rules and data.

Responsibilities

• Governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format.
• Coordinate a business analyst team on IT projects and mentor juniors.
• Bridge clients, project managers and technical staff to define and share business requirements and impacts.
