Job summary

Litify is seeking an Agent Architect to design and build autonomous AI workflows that deliver measurable ROI for clients. You will bridge business goals with technical execution and optimize AI demo environments and client trials for success.

Reports to the Director of Customer Success. Requires 4+ years with Salesforce/Litify, strong admin skills, and experience in Salesforce Automations and complex projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and Litify software.
• Salesforce Administration knowledge; Advanced Admin Certification preferred; Agentforce Specialist required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain autonomous AI workflows (agents) in demo/trial environments.
• Collaborate with sales/success to define Trial Objectives and client-specific workflows.
• Lead configuration of AI prompt libraries and automate trial/setup phases.
• Provide technical guidance on building demo flows and updating demo orgs for new releases.
• Troubleshoot permissions, perform end-user testing, and support during trial check-ins.
