Job summary

Litify is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the Litify AI initiatives within Professional Services, owning end-to-end implementation on Salesforce and AI workflows. You will demo capabilities, elicit client requirements, design custom AI agent workflows, and guide deployments to successful go-lives.

This role requires 4+ years in Salesforce, strong AI tooling experience, and the ability to present complex concepts to executives and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Able to communicate complex AI architectures to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record owning a technical workstream end-to-end.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing role.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Demo Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects tailored to their workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Build and deploy AI agent workflows on Litify AI’s Salesforce-based framework from design to go-live.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor on Litify AI capabilities and roadmap.
• Collaborate with project managers to scope, plan, and deliver implementations on time and budget.
• Align with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive client value.
