Job summary

Pond Lehocky Giordano Inc. is seeking a Litify Administrator to own and continuously improve our Salesforce environment, which runs on Litify. You will design and build Flows, develop reports that answer real business questions, audit functionality, and ensure the system scales with the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and building within Salesforce.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and automation design.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data quality, and security.
• Experience auditing Salesforce environments and identifying technical debt.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and autolaunched Flows.
• Develop automation with careful attention to entry criteria, bulk safety, fault paths, and order of execution.
• Audit, consolidate, and retire legacy automation (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows).
• Create and maintain validation rules, duplicate rules, and picklist governance to improve data quality.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for intake, matter management, finance, and leadership.
• Own recurring operational reporting including pipeline, aging, conversion, referral activity, and SLA metrics.
