Job summary

ListEngage is seeking an experienced Salesforce AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous Agentforce agents across Salesforce clouds. You will build agent actions, prompts, and guardrails, while integrating with Data Cloud and external systems to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires hands-on experience with Flow, Apex, REST/MuleSoft APIs, and prompt engineering for LLMs. A fully remote, cloud-based work setup is offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of development and configuration within Salesforce Platform.
• Hands-on experience building Agentforce agents in production.
• Proficiency with prompt engineering and LLMs (GPT-4, Claude).
• Experience designing APIs and integrations via MuleSoft or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Agentforce across Salesforce clouds.
• Build custom Agent Actions (Flows, Apex, Prompt Templates, MuleSoft APIs).
• Create agent topics, instructions and guardrails for safe responses.
• Develop POCs to prove feasibility and value before full implementation.
• Engineer system prompts for optimal agent performance and security.
• Integrate agents with Data Cloud and external systems using MuleSoft/APIs.
• Implement security including Einstein Trust Layer and data masking.
• Monitor performance, run tests, and optimize from metrics.
• Troubleshoot agent responses, actions, and integrations.
