Job summary

Litify is hiring a Salesforce/Agent Architect to design autonomous AI workflows that drive client ROI, bridging business goals and technical execution. You’ll configure AI demos, lead trial setup, and guide Sales Engineers on best practices for agentic flows and demo environments.

The role requires 2+ years in Salesforce and Litify, strong admin knowledge, and experience with Salesforce Automations. You’ll work with Sales and Success teams to tailor client solutions and ensure smooth trial

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and Litify software.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred; Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist required.
2+ years experience working on Salesforce Automations with focus on record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and 3rd‑party components.

Responsibilities

Design and build autonomous AI workflows (“agents”) to drive client ROI.
Collaborate with sales and success teams on pre-trial objectives and client needs.
Lead configuration of AI prompt libraries and autonomous workflows during trials.
Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers on demo flows and product releases.
Troubleshoot, test, and support during trial checks to optimize adoption.
Lead post-rollout workflow customizations and documentation.
