VETS, Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Scrum Master to coach multiple teams in a SAFe environment supporting DoD SECRET programs. The role requires DoD clearance, strong communication, and close collaboration with Product Owners, Release Train Engineer, and cyber security SMEs.

Remote work is allowed within 1 hour of Scott AFB; must be a U.S. citizen eligible for IT-1 background check. You will drive PI planning, backlog refinement, impediment removal, and release coordination across teams.

Competenze

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with seven years of related experience.
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with experience coaching Scrum teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Agile background with 3+ years leading teams in Agile Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Understanding of software development life cycle including planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, QA, and release management.
• U.S. Citizen and able to pass IT-1 background check.

Mansioni

• Coach and lead an agile team within SAFe.
• Facilitate PI Planning and create PI objectives.
• Plan and execute work during Program Increments through sprints, retrospectives, and demos.
• Refine backlog with Product Owners and business analysts.
• Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain metrics to measure team performance and identify improvements.
• Perform capacity planning for iterations and increments.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across teams.
• Liaise with architects and security SMEs to ensure quality and timely releases.
• Support development of product roadmaps and releases.
