Job summary

Leidos is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support the RTNV capability portfolio on the GSM-O II contract at DISA. The role requires on-site presence at Scott AFB, IL, with an active DoD Secret clearance at start. You will guide agile teams, translate stakeholder needs into epics and stories, and ensure value delivery.

You will lead SAFe ceremonies, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at start.
• Must commute to Scott AFB, IL for full-time on-site support.
• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or master's with 6+ years.
• Experience as a Scrum Master on a software/technical team.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP.
• Experience using Jira for agile projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to grow and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one or several agile teams to meet PI commitments.
• Protect the team from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with RTE/PM on solutions.
• Support and enforce Scrum processes and rules.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and define stories.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies including PI planning and backlog grooming.
• Develop and maintain artifacts such as process flows and traceability matrices.
