Zusammenfassung

Leidos is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Real-Time Network Visibility (RTNV) Capability portfolio on the GMS for the GSM-O II contract at DISA. On-site at Scott AFB, IL, a Secret clearance is required at start.

You will facilitate Agile teams, translate stakeholder needs into epics, features, and user stories, and drive value for the customer. You will work within SAFe, lead ceremonies, help the Product Owners refine backlogs, and ensure Definition of Done is met.

Qualifikationen

• Requires US Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Able to commute to Scott AFB, IL for full-time on-site support.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience as Scrum Master on software development or technical teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with agile tools (e.g. Jira).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate a large or multiple Agile teams to meet Program Increment commitments.
• Protect teams from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineer or PM to implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop user stories and prioritize features.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, demos, PI planning.
• Guide teams toward Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train and report status to management.
