Job summary

SOC LLC seeks an Agile Scrum Master with an active Secret clearance for a Hybrid role at Scott Air Force Base, IL. You will coach multiple agile teams in SAFe, work with the release train engineer, and ensure timely planning, development, testing, and deployment of solutions in a federal environment.

Strong communication skills and experience coaching Scrum teams are essential. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 3+ years leading teams with Agile Scrum or SAFe.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle elements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead an agile team within SAFe.
• Facilitate PI Planning and program increment activities.
• Facilitate backlog refinement with product owners and business analysts.
• Track and remove impediments; coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain metrics to monitor team health and identify improvements.
• Support development of product roadmaps and releases.
• Foster quality communication between engineering disciplines.
