Job summary
Ladders is seeking an Agile PMO Leader - REMOTE to oversee enterprise delivery governance across multiple Agile Release Trains in a technology-driven telecom/hardware environment.
You will coordinate RTEs, PMs, and technical leaders, strengthen executive reporting, and ensure strategic priorities translate into disciplined execution. This remote role emphasizes AI governance, security, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in program, portfolio, or large-scale delivery management.
- 5+ years in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.
- SAFe RTE or SPC certification required.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from planning to execution.
- Experience in AI-native, digital transformation environments.
- Experience integrating AI governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements into delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery execution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Coordinate Release Train Engineers, Release Managers, and Technical Project Managers.
- Establish governance forums and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Align delivery execution with strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Facilitate evidence-based milestone decisions and document residual risks.
- Drive integrated planning across pods and ARTs, ensuring alignment of objectives and commitments.
- Identify critical-path issues and coordinate corrective actions.
