Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in resource planning and allocation.
• Experience with stakeholder and executive communication.
• Skilled in risk and dependency management.
• Familiarity with budget and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in delivery governance practices.
• Experience with Jira and MS Project.
• Knowledge of data engineering or analytics program management.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in production release and change management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources effectively.
• Track sprint velocity to help ensure project timelines are met.
• Report progress to stakeholders and escalase issues as needed.
• Manage risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee delivery governance and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Support cross-functional coordination across program workstreams.
