Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive delivery governance, cross-functional coordination, and agile execution across AI-native product programs. You will lead a team of RTEs and PMs, align roadmaps with strategic priorities, and ensure predictable delivery across multiple ARTs.

The role emphasizes deep SAFe expertise, executive reporting, and risk management in a fast-paced, global technology environment. Remote work in the US is supported, with Chicago/IL familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale delivery programs in Agile/SAFe environments.
Proven ability to establish governance, milestones, and escalation paths.
Track record delivering AI-native products with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery execution across one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Coordinate Release Train Engineers and technical PMs to ensure on-time delivery.
Establish governance forums, cadence, and executive reporting.
Align roadmaps with delivery plans and business objectives.
Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation paths; drive mitigations.
Oversee release planning and readiness activities across teams.
