Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, is seeking a Scrum Master/IT Project Manager to guide Agile/Scrum execution for ServiceNow initiatives supporting OIG/OCIO enterprise IT services. You will coordinate ceremonies, manage sprint commitments, and remove impediments across cross-functional teams, with a focus on government-deliverables and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and ceremonies.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum execution for ServiceNow platform and related delivery efforts.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily Scrum, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate sprint goals, priorities, and team capacity.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery across teams.
• Communicate dependencies across development, QA, architecture, product owners, and government stakeholders.
• Monitor velocity, cadence, sprint performance, and Agile metrics.
• Support release planning and alignment with ServiceNow deployment cycles.
• Maintain transparency into team progress, risks, and milestones.
