Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, seeks a Program Manager to oversee IT support services for the DoD Office of Inspector General contract. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely deliverables and strong governance across technical, operational, and administrative domains.

The role requires extensive IT leadership, ITIL/ITSM know-how, and a proven track record in large federal contracts. Hybrid work from Alexandria, VA is offered with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain higher level clearance.
• Minimum ten years of professional IT experience, including at least six years managing or supervising large IT service contracts of comparable scope, dollar value, and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary IT organizations and managing complex enterprise ITSM operations, contract performance, staffing, service levels, and customer relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles, enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity requirements, program governance, financial management, and federal contracting environments.
• Experience managing large Department of Defense/War or federal enterprise IT service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT support services aligned with the DoW OIG contract objectives.
• Direct execution of PWS requirements and ensure SLA compliance and performance standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary IT teams across service management, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Maintain governance, management controls, and executive reporting for accountability and decision-making.
• Manage staffing, subcontractors, budget, forecasting, and resource alignment with priorities.
• Drive continual service improvement, automation, and measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
