Job summary

Western National Insurance is seeking a Delivery Team Lead to drive agile delivery across multiple product teams. You will coach, mentor, and align technology initiatives with business goals while fostering collaboration and high-quality execution.

In this role, you’ll partner with product management, engineering, and technology leadership to optimize delivery health, manage dependencies, and enable scalable, predictable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years of experience leading technology delivery or related leadership functions.
• Experience coaching or mentoring delivery professionals.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Agile planning and work management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring for delivery teams.
• Establish consistent Agile practices and standards across product teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to align priorities.
• Monitor delivery health, risks, and dependencies; drive improvements.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
